The Board of Education of Howard County adopted a proclamation designating October 2023 "LGBTQ+ History Month"
Not only is the School Board trying to push a specific agenda on students, the proclamation itself is reflective of the sad state of academics as far as school board priorities are concerned. The proclamation contains the ungrammatical sentence below:

"Whereas the Howard County Public School System support education, materials, and personal learnings to affirm and support LGBTQ+ students, staff, and families
