See the attached picture that I put below. This teacher Ishmael Jimenez is the Director of the social studies curriculum at Philadelphia public school system. He is also an active member in abolitionschool.org if you follow the Twitter post for abolition school.org you’ll see a plethora of anti-Semitic sentiment, spewed and shared. He is also involved in educating educators about Palestine, which is anti-Semitic rhetoric geared towards anti-Zionist views. There is no way he should be allowed to be in his role at the Philadelphia school district, he has YouTube videos where he talks about how teachers in the city schools need to address these geopolitical issues head on and his fracture completely wrong. His rhetoric can be construed as violent while also calling for defunding the police. This is 100% not acceptable. I encourage you to look up this organization, read about him, read his post on Twitter, see his affiliations, and then see his role in the school district.
